Those of you who DO NOT wish to switch to Firefox, Maxthon, Opera, or other browsers, there are other ways to solve the Google browser to work for Trainers.
"For Everyone having issues with trainers getting stuck at "Scanning Process" during browser select:
-Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash -Delete the dlls pepflashplayer64_24_0_0_186 or pepflashplayer32_24_0_0_194 or pepflashplayer32_24_0_0_186 or pepflashplayer64_24_0_0_194 (If you see any of these names, then delete them or just move to a different folder)
- Restart your Chrome / Gameroom along with the trainer.
This should let you use the trainers now on both chrome and gameroom."
